  • Your property manager will provide you with monthly statements both by e-mail and post, as well as end of financial year income & expenditure summaries for your accountant.
  • Your property manager will arrange payment of council & water rates and body corporate fees on your behalf.
  • Your property manager will arrange landlord insurance on your behalf.
  • Your property manager will attend VCAT hearings on your behalf, if necessary.
